BOOKING

Deposit Required
 - A 50% deposit is required to secure any date(s).
 - Payment in full is expected 14 days prior to your trip.

Cancellations
The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel within 14 days of your trip. We understand situations may arise which can conflict your existing booking. Please make every effort to give us as much of an advance notice as possible.
If we cancel your trip due to weather or stream conditions or other valid reasons, Hatch Run Fly Fishing will reschedule the trip and move your deposit at no charge, subject to availability.

*Note: We will not give refunds due to cancellations made because of weather conditions, but only transfers of the deposit.

TRIP PREPARATION
****Requirements for Fishing****
  - Pennsylvania Fishing License ; (click here to purchase) 
*Note: Valid Fishing License (In Pennsylvania a Trout Stamp is required for trout trips and a Lake Erie/Trout Stamp is required for Steelhead trips.) 

Suggestions for a More Enjoyable Fishing Experience
 - Breathable waders
 - Rubber-bottom wading boots
 - Polarized sunglasses (amber low light/ dark lens)
 -  Rain jacket
 - Layered clothing (fleeces, long underwear, warm socks, fingerless gloves or mittens, hats with ear protection)
 - Camera with weatherproof case 

Note: Remember Hatch Run Fly Fishing practices catch and release, but we will be happy to take a few pictures before we release the fish.
